OUR CREATIONS

We are a non-profit organisation, but we make and sell a variety of products, all hand made - some from re-claimed wood, others from new wood purchased according to the project requirement.

We can make 'one off' products and undertake special projects both internal and external and we also deliver locally.

Proceeds of sales help to maintain the Shed and renew our woodworking equipment.

Nesting Box £20

Based on a design recommended by the RSPB.

New eco-friendly versions are made from durable, substantial Larch wood and have a 28mm hole suitable for blue, coal and marsh tits, great tits, tree sparrows and pied flycatchers.

The entry hole is reinforced to prevent Woodpeckers attacking the young.

Boxes can be supplied with different size entry holes on request.

Both versions have a removable base for easy cleaning at the end of the breeding season.

Bat Box £20

The “Kent” bat boxes have been made from eco-friendly durable and substantial Larch wood.

The design is recommended by the RSPB.

Serving Platter £6 - £15

These platters are hand crafted from oak and are idea for serving a variety of food, cheese, cakes, etc

Hedgehog House

The Hedgehog is one of our most easily recognisable British mammals found throughout the country, well established in our towns, making good use of our gardens.

They are the gardener’s friend and will eat slugs, beetles and other potential garden pests.

Encourage Hedgehogs to stay in your garden with our Hedgehog Box built to the specification recommended by the British Hedgehog Preservation Society.

Bug and Bee Hotel £14

Insects and other minibeasts need safe spaces to shelter.

This garden army helps to keep the bad bugs under control and they need to hide from predators and raise their young.

You can help them by installing our bug hotel in your garden or outside area.

In the Spring they wake up, lay eggs, and sweep your plants clean of aphids and mites.

Boot Rack £20

Store and dry your boots tidily with our neat boot rack.

Each rack will hold 4 pairs of adult size boots so no need to buy another one as the children get bigger.

Boot Puller £7

Get those muddy boots off easily with our simple but effective boot puller.

Just place one foot on the platform and the heel of one boot into the fulcrum and ease your foot out.

No bending no yanking and no muddy hands.

Novelty Key or Dog Lead Hanger £POA

This can be used for hanging keys, dog leads, coats, in fact anything that is always in the same place when you need it!

It is constructed from re-claimed wood and can be made in a variety of designs and size.

It is supplied un-painted for you to finish in your preferred colour scheme.

Plant Pot Holder £6

This clever design will hold three clay flower pots and can be hung in the garden or perhaps your conservatory.

Suitable for pot sizes up to 6”, (not included).

Please note that only clay pots with a solid top rim will fit the holder, and that your fixing is strong enough to hold the weight of your plants.

Christmas Robin £4

These cheeky little robins are hand painted and each one is slightly different, making them unique.

They are mounted on a small branch and stand about 130mm high (5”) and are a must for any Christmas table.

We also produce other similar items.

Classic Planters £20 - £25

These planters are made from re-claimed wood and can be made to any size and design to suit the Customer and would grace any garden or patio.

Ideal for container plants, clematis, summer gardening or even for strawberry growing.

Novelty Planters from £12

These rustic novelty planters are individually designed and made by one of our members. They are made from re-claimed wood and can be made in different sizes. They are ready for the Customer to paint with their preferred finish.
